Phil has 12 years of experience in education from PreK to college and beyond, and finds joy in helping people of all ages unlock their potential and understand how their strengths and abilities shape their future career options. Currently the Coordinator of College and Career Services for the School District of Lancaster, Phil has worked directly with high school students for over 8 years, helping them form and focus their postsecondary plans as they transition to life after high school.
Tiffany has over 30 years of experience in education and counseling, dedicating her career to helping individuals of all ages uncover and achieve their dreams. In today’s fast-paced world, where targets are always shifting and time for reflection is scarce, Tiffany’s goal is to offer a service that helps clients discover their purpose ("why"), identify their next steps ("what's next"), and create a realistic action plan to achieve their goals. She emphasizes a team-oriented approach to guide clients toward meaningful and achievable outcomes.
